Food Vendors

 


We are now accepting food vendor applications for the 2010 Vernon Hills Summer Celebration Event. This year our event will be 4 days long and will be held July 15th – July 18th. Completed applications with required accompaniments must be received by April 2, 2010 to be considered for primary filling of spots. On April 5, 2010, we will fill vacant spots on a first come first serve basis with a $100.00 late application fee.
The 2010 participation fee is $ 1,000.00 for all four days.
Additionally, a refundable clean up deposit of $ 250.00 is required.
A 10ft x 10ft tent with 10ft x 10ft cooking area and electrical service behind or next to booth will be provided.
You can apply for participation by submitting the following:
1. Your completed application form
2. Signed and dated copy of Conditions of Participation
3. Participation fee of $ 1,000.00
4. A separate check for $ 250.00 for clean up deposit
Only completed applications with all required accompaniments will be considered. Insurance and Health Department information will be required by selected applicants only.
