On September 1, 2020, the Village Board authorized a consultancy for Ravenskeep, LLC to review Village’s policies and procedures that support equal opportunity in the workplace and practices that support diversity and inclusion, to better ensure consistency and equity in the delivery of services to the community. On October 1, 2020, Dr. Bryan Watkins initiated this consultancy.

During the update, it was shared the next step in the assessment is community engagement and input.
