Expanded Transportation May 1

Starting May 1, Ride Lake County began offering curb-to-curb transportation for individuals age 60+ and those with disabilities for rides throughout the entire Lake County area.

Eligible riders must register and then schedule ahead by calling 800-201-6446. Riders can expect to pay from $2 to $6 per one-way trip, with service expected to be available from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day except holidays.

This service offers tremendous support for our residents.  Unlike other transportation programs we have created, Ride Lake County provides transportation throughout the entire Lake County area. Thank you to Lake County for working to expand public transpiration.
