Voter Registration
Voter registration and absentee voting can be done in-person at the Lake County Municipal Building in Waukegan IL. Visit the County's mapping division page for Election Precinct Maps.
Notary Services
Notary services are available free of charge, but the service is limited both in terms of available staff notaries and in the type of documents they can notarize. Please review the Notary Service webpage for guidelines and options.
Metra Parking Passes
View the Metra Parking Permit Application. Temporary disabled parking placards are issued through the Community Development Department. The application forms are available at the Secretary of State's CyberDriveIllinois website.
