Curfew and a Teens Drivers License

In addition, parents and teens alike should keep in mind that a minor's driver's license is invalid during curfew. In other words, if you are violating curfew, you do not have a driver's license. Licensed drivers age 16 and 17 cannot drive past 10 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday and past 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Learn more about teen driving laws.
