The Village of Vernon Hills offers two Village Hall meeting rooms for use by its residents and Vernon Hills community groups. A minimum of one resident is required to be a member of the group.
Conference Room 1 will seat up to 12 people with a conference table. Conference Room 2 will seat up to 50 persons in theater style seating. Groups using the rooms will be responsible for configuring the room as they need it to conduct their activities. No food or beverages are allowed in either conference room.
The two (2) rooms will be available Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with the exception of national holidays.
Please review and complete the Village Hall Meeting Room Usage Policy and Reservation Form. Users will also be required to complete the Hold Harmless Agreement Form and provide a Certificate of Insurance to use the facilities.
